Incompetent and unprofessional
I have had the worst experience with admiral law car insurance. I had a car accident over two years ago and the claim still hasn’t been settled. Despite finishing all my treatment a number of months ago the claim still isn’t settled. My case handler Danny does not respond to any of my emails despite the fact I asked to make a complaint over two months ago. He now ignores any of my emails and still hasn’t passed on my details to his manager for them to contact me. I would not recommend going with admiral law.

Very quick and simple process, no hassles at all

I've been insured with these guys since my first car, since then every time I've needed to call or contact them its always been at least a 40 minute call queue.

Recently I called back in March after having to scrap the car due to constant repairs and a lack of reliability in the vehicle; unfortunately admiral wanted to charge over £200 to cancel the insurance although it was nothing to do with changing provider or anything and that amount of money with such a lack of care really pis... annoyed me.

Everytime it's someone in a foreign call centre which wouldn't normally be a problem I don't really care where you're from as long as you can understand what I'm saying and not using the most passive aggressive undertone I've ever heard (and i work in customer service so believe me it's disgusting)

Although it has been over 4 months since I tried to cancel the insurance and multiple phonecalls since they are still taking out my monthly insurance. I am currently struggling financially and since the loss of car, job, home and family I really didn't need the extra hassle that they have made.

I really hope they either burn to the ground or get their act together. understandbly by most insurance companies they know that it's a legal requirement to sort your insurance out so I suppose they use this as an excuse for lack of important communication and they replace it with an abundance of ridiculous spam unnecessary information/sales pitches/emails.

Please dear lord if you are reading this do not go with admiral, yes they may offer good prices but sure as hell they do not care for the customers at all. (I wish I could've written this part in BOLD)

Very quick and value for money

Admiral are a very good insurance company, with a good reputation and that is why I took out my house and contents insurance with them, this year. They are very easy to deal with and their prices are very competitive.

Travel insurance is shocking, takes 30 days to review information then they say they need more info so another 30 and it goes on and on, nearly 15weeks and they have said they will not honour this claim even though I was told 2 months in the would be making me an offer, they never contacted me, I was calling them every 3 weeks to be told they had all info needed to then be told they need more info, we have house and 2 cars insured with them too so ? won’t be renewing Any policies with them that’s for sure

I tried to do a quote online but I knew that I had missed out a vital piece of information so I called. The person I spoke to was so incredibly helpful and patient. Once we’d completed the quote for some reason I couldn’t pay the deposit as it would go through on my mobile So he called me back, again it wouldn’t work so he rang the landline. Each time he patiently went through the introduction. He is calling back early August to discuss the multi car deal. Really great employee of your company
